What is Death?

There is no death or birth only a continuation of consciousness.

The audio is a snippet of something being deeply taught. On the same audio, God said, “Don’t you fear death, the Soul is the body.” He spoke over what is there now.

We are not the body.
We are the conscious energy living within it.

The body is a garment worn for a time, then gently laid aside. It gives us the means to experience this particular level of consciousness in matter. What we call a lifetime is a brief passage through form, one expression among infinitely many. The idea of “self” that forms around the body is not who we are; it is only a temporary image shaped by this moment of awareness. We are not our thoughts.

Consciousness is what lives.
Form appears, dissolves, and reappears, but awareness itself never pauses.

What we call birth is Spirit stepping into a new garment.
What we call death is Spirit stepping out of it.
Nothing essential begins. Nothing essential ends.

Life, seen this way, is not a straight line but a widening circle, each passage offering new terrain for Love to explore and wisdom to deepen. Consciousness carries forward what has been learned, not as memory, but as light. The Soul is consciousness itself, always intact, always held in God.

We grieve form because we attach identity to it. We mourn the story because we believe the story is the one who lived. If we knew God as our true mother, father, brother, and sister, and if we rested more deeply in being created rather than in self-identity in matter, we would know the echo in the Soul.

Everything we encounter is energy moving through the Soul. Nothing we see exists outside of consciousness. When the body is released, the entire storyline fades, not because it was meaningless, but because it has completed its purpose. A chapter closes so another may open.

The holy traveler continues.

Spirit moves on, guided by God, carried into new expressions of awareness. The journey is endless, not in time, but in depth. Each passage refines perception, softens fear, and widens Love.

Death is not a departure from life.
It is the release of a form that has finished speaking, as we move into a new form.

The belief in death arises from mistaking the vessel for the life it carries. The body was never alive in itself; it was animated by consciousness. If we could see the trillions of living processes moving through us, the unseen worlds that sustain form, we would know we are not the body we see in the mirror, but the light that inhabits it. The body we see in the mirror is covered with bacteria, yet we’ve been dismissing it and believing that body is who we are.

Nothing is lost. No one disappears. Everyone we think of as family and friends is a level of energy in our Soul that lives with us for eternity.

All beings, human and animal alike, change form as consciousness evolves. What is essential is never harmed, never diminished, never erased. Everything that appears lives within awareness, and awareness lives within God.

There is only one life moving through many forms.
Only one light learning itself through countless stories.

What continues is not the body.
What continues is the Soul giving Spirit the way to live in matter, until matter is no longer needed.

There is no death.
There is only the ongoing unfolding of consciousness within God.

The video is the extraordinary bone being shown to walk out of form for the formless existence of human. That being alive isn’t about the body, it is the conscious energy inside of the body. The body is like a suit of clothes we put on and take off in every life.
